Be very careful when ordering takeout from Ron's. My wife picked up our $50+ order today and specifically asked the woman at checkout if the potato salad was in the bag as we requested it rather than French fries. She said it was in the bag. Well when she got home, there was no potato salad or French fries or the onion/pickles condiments. When she called to ask about the missing items, the only thing they could offer was for to drive back across town to pick the items up. They did say that if we ordered again, they would give us the items free. Not good customer service in my opinion. The fish was good but overpriced when they leave off a third of your order. I posted the above yesterday but now have to apologize to Ron's as this morning we found the missing potato salad between the car seat and vehicle door. Appears sack may have turned over and the container rolled out. Still didn't receive other condiments, but the mystery of the missing potato salad has been solved.
This was a great buffet with plenty of catfish. The dinner buffet offers more seafood then the lunch. We enjoyed everything we had and will return if we are in the area again. Friendly service and inviting atmosphere.
The food is always delicious & fresh, the service is great and always friendly, the restaurant is clean and plenty room to sit if you have a big family, I highly recommend it!
We drive 80 miles just to eat their catfish, the buffet is great. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault
Good food. Didn't have to wait long to be seated. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I'm an old fashion country buffet at its finest! There isn't a huge selection but everything that was there was delicious. Service was nice and hospitable. There was plenty of seating and I loved the self service drink station. It definitely made things easier. Overall, I wish there was one near me so I could go more often!
The food is always good, especially the catfish. My problem is I never pace myself right to eat as much catfish as I want, because I eat other things. I keep telling myself that I'm just going to eat catfish next time and don't...lol The service is great. The waitresses are friendly. The ambiance is casual and pleasant. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is gravel and not marked off, leaving people to use their imagination when it comes to parking. All in all, it's my favorite place to go for catfish. I drove over an hour for it.
